Carinae Invest was privately founded in 2009 to become an international investment Group, involved in High Yield projects. Today Carinae Invest focusses massively on the Network and Hosting markets.
We are currently investing in expanding our business by reinforcing our international presence and capitalising on our technological expertise in Global Services.
Carinae Invest is headquartered in Luxembourg and the company conducts operations in France, the United Kingdom and Asia Pacific through its subsidiaries. Carinae Invest is also a Private Equity Fund that will look at any interesting opportunity to invest in.

The founder team at Carinae Invest team is a tight-knit, led by two visionaries with a shared vision of delivering consistently great results for our clients.
Michael Ourabah
Co-founder & CEO at BSO
Michael Ourabah co-founded BSO Network Solutions with Charles-Antoine in 2004 and is the CEO of the organisation. BSO is a global managed Ethernet and Cloud based hosting services support clients across; Finance, Professional Services, Oil & Gas, Media, Retail and Carrier markets.
Michael embraced Technology & IT at an early age and this can be reflected through his ventures whilst in higher education with starting up associations such as “LAN Parties” which grew to be a significant community based organisation. His passion for new technologies led him to study a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Epitech where he graduated in 2006.
During his time in college Michael worked as a consultant Network Architect for various Corporations and Service Providers. This experience enabled Michael to leverage his leanings, both theory and practical, to design a truly next generation network platform incorporating best of breed technologies to create the BSO backbone which supports global services today.
Charles-Antoine Beyney
Co-founder of BSO & ETIX Group
Charles-Antoine Beyney is a typical serial entrepreneur. After starting his first business Games-Fed with Jonathan Dumont in the video game industry at 17 years old back in 1999, organising the first pro-gaming cups in Europe with the WCG (World Cyber Games) in 2001 with Samsung and Intel (this is when he met Michael), to the largest video games shows in Western Europe organised in Paris followed by the first video games portal to give official ranking and statistics to pro gaming in Europe.
He jumped to his second venture in 2001 to offer software managing most of the computers in the now disappeared net coffees sold 3 years later, his third venture was with Michael when they started BSO together in 2004 first customer was obviously Games-Fed, and then a managed service company called Eres sold back 2 years after inception, to finish by Etix Group in 2010 a revolutionary modular data centre concept sold to Vantage In February 2020 for a 9 figures amount.
Charles leads investments in many other young or grown-up startups, he is actively involved at Board level into highly innovative companies in different fields, like media, telecom, semiconductor, wine and hospitality industry.
